Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Livtus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Livtus. These terms apply to all users, including parents, guardians, and family members who use the service.
Who Can Use Livtus
Livtus is intended for use by families. Parent or guardian accounts must be created by individuals who are at least 18 years old. Children may use Livtus only under the supervision of a parent or guardian who has created and manages their account. By creating a child account, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and consent to their use of the service.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Livtus is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Livtus only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use Livtus to: harass, abuse, or harm another person; share content that is illegal, harmful, or inappropriate for children; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; interfere with or disrupt the service; or violate any applicable laws or regulations. Livtus reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or share through Livtus. By using the service, you grant Livtus a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you share complies with these Terms and applicable laws.
Service Availability
Livtus is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation of the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livtus and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Livtus in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Livtus after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Livtus shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
